Hotel room rates are $119/night plus taxes and fees with an overnight
self-parking fee of $8/night. If your parish/mission is in Florida, you
may want to reserve and pay for your delegates and observers rooms
using a church check or card and present a valid state tax exempt
certificate to avoid the state taxes, which could be a significant savings.
